Bin Dhaen Holding P.S.C. ("the Company") is the controller of your personal data for recruitment and pre-employment processing. This notice explains what data we collect, why, who it is shared with, how long it is retained, and your rights.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Identification & contact — name, address, email, telephone, nationality, ID details.
  • Application data — CV, cover letter, employment history, qualifications, right-to-work info, interview notes.
  • Verification data — references, employment/academic/professional verification, screening outcomes.
  • Technical & communications — interview scheduling, email correspondence, ATS records, interview recordings.
  • Sensitive data — only where lawful and necessary (e.g. limited health or workplace adjustment info), handled under restricted processes.
  • Public-source info — only where role-relevant, proportionate, and lawfully reviewed (e.g. professional networking profiles).

3. Why We Process Your Data

We rely on more than one lawful basis depending on the activity:

AI & Automated Processing

Any applicant tracking, CV parsing, or AI-assisted shortlisting tools are used as decision-support only. You may object to automated processing that has legal or significant effects. All such processing has human oversight and a review route for contested outcomes.

4. Sharing of Your Data

Your data is shared on a need-to-know basis only with HR personnel, interviewers, hiring managers, authorised decision-makers, group entities, ATS / cloud providers, background screening providers, and legal / regulatory bodies where required by law. All processors are bound by confidentiality and security controls.


5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Unsuccessful applicantsUp to 6 months after closure
Shortlisted, not hiredUp to 12 months after closure
Successful hiresTransferred to employee HR file
Verification recordsUp to 12 months after closure
Interview recordingsUp to 3 months after final decision
Talent poolUp to 12 months from consent

6. Your Rights Under UAE PDPL

Subject to applicable law you may: access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data; request portability; object to automated profiling; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint. Contact hr@bdhuae.com to exercise any right.


7. Your Specific Consents

Required consents are needed to process your application. Optional consents may be withdrawn at any time by emailing hr@bdhuae.com.
